Star Wars Battlefront: Is this a good game?

Probably for your son, yes. It doesn't have a single player campaign. It is completely a multi-player game. It was a poorly reviewed game. For valid reasons, but should be good for a young kid.

It's a good game, it just lack some content. No single-player campaign, having to buy the season pass to access all of the content.

However, what is there is phenomenal, the graphics and sound are amazing. You don't have to have the season pass to enjoy it.

I like it a lot and still play it almost weekly. I really don't need a campaign which seems to be the biggest gripe by gamers. The gameplay and graphics are great. They are constantly adding to it although the majority of the DLC content does come at a cost.

Overall it is very fun to play.

I wouldn't call it a "good" game, but it definitely isn't bad.

As a star wars fan, your son will love it. Audio and visually the game is pretty stunning. First time you play on Endor you will be pretty amazed. Controls are tight and pretty user friendly.

The biggest issue is the lack of depth the game has. However, I'm sure you can get it pretty cheap right now, so I would definitely recommend it for any star wars fan.

My kids really liked it but have been playing it less. I enjoy playing once in awhile.
