The only thing I can think of is The Fractured Butt Hole but I thought that was obvious when the trailer was shown at E3 2015. If it's not that then I'm completely lost.

Dude, just preorder Fractured But Whole. You get a copy of Stick of Truth immediately. (Download code, that is) Not exactly sure how that works but that's what they said in the presentation.

From what I saw physical preorders get TSOT when the new game launches December 6. I preordered on PSN so I could get TSOT now.
