You can add Bama if you want. This is just an example I pulled from r/CBB. You can relocate a NBA team to Tuscaloosa, create the jerseys, import the logo, and a few other things. I think the only real issue with it is that you have to do some weird stuff with the draft if you want to create the players.

It's custom. You'll have to find a league like this or make the league and teams yourself. Those teams aren't just on the game. At least most of them

No there's not. Can't believe UK isn't in it. Also Coach K is in the game for Team USA but Duke isn't. Weird...
