As much as I hate that guy, and as big of a jackass as he is, he can do way better. That Zoe chick is ugly as frick which confuses me about this whole ordeal even more. That Anita chick is very meh too but she looks like a Victoria's Secret model next to Zoe.

While reading the disaster that was the comments section of a phil fish article once, I found something interesting. Someone said they know the area of Canada that fish is from and said the whole region is just like him. At first I wrote it off but then a couple of more people added to it saying the same thing and apparently there is a small sect of Canada that no one likes. They don't really interact with people outside of their area usually because everyone hates them.

Wait, wait, wait......so the people who started the Emma Watson nude pic countdown are the same people calling for internet censorship? L.O.L. I guess threatening to use a persons image, even if there is no truth to it, in order to broadcast shame is honky dory to these people.

4chan didn't start this issue, and they have nothing to do with why games 'journalists' are taking money under the table for paid advertising using the wrong letterhead.
I know 4chan is a crappy place, but this a moral crusade they are on for a reason. Twitter and Reddit accounts are being banned for even posting about the issue. Zoey Quin is barely the tip of the iceberg about a whole industry given in to corruption and acting like its okay to take PR firm money.

All according to plan. 4chan likely doesn't need to any motivation to reveal Emma Watson pics. If they had them, they would have given them out regardless.

For the most part they have been good for me too. There are only a couple of reviewers I don't see eye to eye with but someone is bound to come in here and bitch about them too.

there's a lot of brand loyalty as well
I found IGN in 96 because they'd preview all of the games coming out, you could go through a list, look at pictures
it was fricking cool if you're 12. Slowly that shifted to reviews...and they really do judge just the metrics of the game...so yeah that 10/10 might be a Nintendo ds game, but it's judged on a criteria they follow very consistently
to keep on topic, I watched a gamespot review once and it was a fricking tranny (dude to chick) blabbing about the depiction of women in the game (oh it was gtav) she admitted to deducting points or whatever as a result

The key is to find a reviewer you trust and understand. Too many people work for websites to say, "I trust IGN"

I couldn't name one reviewer over there other than greg miller
across platforms, genres, they nail it and judge aspects unique to the platform or genre. Moreover, I can't tell you how many times I've read something (a complaint usually) and think "that's fricking stupid" and then while playing I realize it is spot on.
regardless, all their reviews are grounded in the basics, and often times I hear the reviewer give a great review and acknowledge what type of gamer the game appeals to. They do the same thing with very flawed games like "x men origins wolverine" they let you know when your enthusiasm for a franchise, character, genre, etc. will allow you to overlook the shortcomings or faults and still enjoy it.
I'm not kidding,that site has never eeeeever screwed me. I went against them a few times while I was in the military and was desperate for something to play (like superman returns) and I regretted it every time.
If that site gives it a high score, I'll consider the appeal, but chances are I could buy it without knowing anything and love the shite out of it

I think they do a good job overall of creating standards and trying to be fair. I watch enough of their content to know the different reviewers and their personalities.
