It isn't very cinematic either. Way higher than 30fps.

Uhh 60 FPS just ruins the cinematic experience and makes me nauseous. Plus the human eye can't see beyond 30.

When I played on Xbox that was one reason I stopped playing because it took me out of the game. When I got it on PC, I stayed on the game for countless hours.
