If you're hitting single digit frame rates you may want to check your CPU activity and make sure it's not throttling. Be sure your swiftech pump is still running. Otherwise, HBM2 is long overdue for both of us.

The fans are running but it's hard to tell if the pump is running. The system is running quiet again so either the pump stopped or whatever causing it stopped. I need to monitor the CPU heat after these updates.
I am ready to update my GPUs I want to go to a single card.
