Rented game from Redbox, no Disc in the box.

Called their customer service and they were very helpful but man, I don't know if I ever really want to rent from Redbox again. Supposedly this is turning into a real issue.

I've never had this problem, but I've heard that Redbox customer service is good about fixing it. Did you get a refund? What all do you have to do to get said refund or to prove you didn't steal it?

I think its more about not having to pay the entire $60 for the game that you never received. If you didn't receive it you can't return it.

Happened to me years ago, I bet almost all copies sold on ebay without a legit box are stolen this way.

they copy the graphic on the disc and put it on a blank disc. the code that the redbox reads is on the graphic on the actual disc.
