Not yet.
There was a glitch about two months ago where you could download through a backdoor on Xbox Live, which I did and got to play it for 5-6 hours before Microsoft sent out a patch for the game requiring it to have an update to launch. I still have the game downloaded on my xbox. Just waiting for it be official.

There is speculation or rumors that they will be releasing a re master of RDR sometime this year or next before RDR2.

If it's an actual remaster for the xbone and not just a port, and maybe some bonus content, I'll gladly pay for it. I've been itching for a replay but I'm holding on the HD version.
