Which would perhaps make sense if it were a graphics processor as well, but there is nothing standalone about the device. You first have to own a PC about as good as Coyote's or mine, and then you have to shell out the equivalent of a mid-range gaming PC on the device.

Not necessarily, but it definitely will be a niche product for people with higher-end rigs. I definitely will be buying a VR headset, but I'm not sold on Facebook's Oculus.
