The lag isn't as terrible, but it's still there...the game just isn't stable.

I played multiple games with lAgJF and never really experienced lag. Played all day with no problems. Seems to be an isolated prob for him IMO.
However, my ps4 seemed to be lagging the last few games i played. My controller will freak out and not respond. Then if I hit the home button, the main ps4 page lags. Not sure whats up.

Put your PS4 in a DMZ on your router.
Maybe some ports are being blocked or something.

On your ps4 set up a new network connection and use custom or manual settings and assign it a specific IP address.
Then go to your routers page on your computer and locate DMZ, it will be in settings or port forwarding, put in your ps4`s IP address.
Or if you have a newer router you can just copy The MAC address it should already show up, depends on router.

My speed is 28/8 or thereabouts.
