PS4 bugs?

I have a PS3 and have been thinking about making the jump to the PS4 since it came out. But, I know these things sometimes have bugs that need to be worked out. Same reason I usually wait to get a new phone.
Honestly, work and fatherhood has kept me very busy lately. So I haven't had much time to investigate.
Just wondering if there were any bug issues and if they've been worked out?

There were some bugs with the recent 2.0 update, but to my knowledge and experience those have been fixed with 2.1.
Other than that, there are no bugs I'm aware of. However, the PS4's OS could always use some improvement but that's true of nearly everything.

With 2.0 I had an issue that the machine would freeze when it went into "Rest" mode. I had to hard reset (hold power button until it forced a shutdown), but they fixed this with the recent update.
Last night while playing COD AW, machine randomly ejected my disc and kept trying to eject when it was empty. Per Sony, reboot to fix.
Even with these minor issues, I wouldn't trade it for anything

Thanks. I have another related question.
I was told gamestop will do a trade in on the PS3. If so, do they restore it to factory settings? I wouldn't want any personal info I may have on it to be stolen. I'm sure I could figure out how to do it myself if that's necessary.

They do that right in front of you if you haven't.

I dunno... probably hardly anything.
Guy I work with said they gave him $100 for his PS3 and a game.
