PS3 wont turn on

had YLOD, took apart, system reflow, new arctic silver on it (i've done 4 times before and always worked)
hook it all back up, turn the back power switch on and the red light pops on in the front, hit the power button and nothing happens, no beeps, no YLOD
any advice on how to fix?

Take it back apart and do everything again minus heatsink compound pound.
That fix only works a certain amount of times, might just be the end of your PS3 finally.
Surprised it worked 4 times honestly. 2-3 usually tops.

Check the metal connections to the "touch sensor". I took mine apart one and the connections between the power button and stuff wasn't aligned properly
