This is a sweet deal, they have over ps2-ps4 games you can play on any PC, or PS4 with a decent internet connection.
Stuff ranging from RDR1 to Bloodborne. So for the price of almost one now game you get instant access to a huge back catalog of PlayStation games, and as a bonus you can play them on a PC
It's normally $99 for a year so this is a great deal and worth it
There is a 7 day free trial you can use to see if your internet is good enough.
You can also now download them to your PS4 and play offline. It's a pretty good service, and for $80 for the year a no brainer. Sale is a black friday deal and will likely end after that.

Just looked for Xenosaga games, final fantasy’s and chrono chross in their last is it’s all games I’d like to play again.. nothing. Still might take a dive through though.

No, but you don’t want to play that game on a modern television anyway. Due to the input lag, it’s next to impossible to do the attack additions.
I’ve got my PS3, with the game on there, hooked up to my computer monitor and it seems to work flawlessly.
