I'm honestly interested in seeing it, even though it will be a $400 piece of novelty gear.

Jeff Gerstmann just posted this. Their setup was close to a Sony off site area last year, so they names their wifi this

LINK

quote:

It’s no secret that Sony is banking on its virtual reality device Project Morpheus to be the next step when it comes to gaming on the PlayStation 4; with the publisher already proclaiming that it will have “massive amounts” of support compared to the PlayStation Move motion controller.

With that said, it shouldn’t come as a surprise that Project Morpheus will have a presence during Sony’s E3 press conference next week. However, it won’t be just shown off, but will have a “big push” at the presser according to VRFocus.

According to the site its sources “close to SCE,” Morpheus will be seeing a “big push” at the presser and will have “around half” of Sony’s E3 booth space. Additionally, games featured on display will be “first-party and exclusive Morpheus titles” only; meaning games that are available on Oculus Rift and other VR devices won’t be part of it.

If true, this report certainly coincides with Sony Worldwide Studios boss Shuhei Yoshida’s comments that the Project Morpheus launch will have “a good number of games.”

Are you OK with Project Morpheus taking a big chunk of Sony’s E3 presser? Or would you rather Sony concentrate on just games?

Project Morpheus is scheduled for release in early 2016 exclusively for the PS4.

Until something comes along with VR that truly wows me, I'll remain ambivalent. I'm surprised that Sony will dedicate so much time to it.

That would count as something that "wows" me, but that might debut at a conference of a different kind.

I think you meant

Video game developers would make terrible people living in WW2 era who know information about transports that might fall into german spy hands which the U-boats may use to torpedo said ships.

Oculus already has the pervy game market, so Morpheus has a fight in order to get some of it.

Trailer for SOMA
No thank you

Darksiders 2 Remaster
No sure why they wouldn't put 1 and 2 together

Milking it. I can't see the demand for those being done separately. Giantbomb has had that same discussion about the Gears of War remaster, thinking they should package the first 3 together. GoW could get away with individual treatments easier than Darksiders could, though.

Hopefully they don't charge $60.

DS2 was just not very good compared to the original.

Guerilla games just made a new twitter account. It could be nothing but it feels about time for them to start announcing and promoting their new game.

I'm pretty they've been rumored to be working on a big RPG for a while. Would be happy with that or Killzone 4.
