Playstation network down?

Just got a ps4 and was setting up id but the email won't come through. Just curious if others are having issues.

I don't think it's LAN issues, I'm having an issue with playstation network sending me my initial setup email.

What about lag time on downloads ? I understand it's Christmas but 3 kids within 5 homes of us got PS4's and the lag is hrs

My nephew got a ps4 and his lag times was a few hours

I had the same issue, asked them to resend it three times. Used the Mrs email and it worked like a charm. No problems since.

Son got a PS4 for Christmas and I can't even get update 3.11 to download to be able to set up the account ...
