It was silly. Their key note was basically two things. Copy off of Live for PSN and copy off of Wii for Move.
Twisted Metal was the only thing I liked and will look into more.

Microsoft and Sony have both jacked ideas from Wii...
dont for a second think that "natal" or "konnect" or whatever its called wasnt spawned from the wii...

Sony Move also stole from wii..
I think Sony's is much better though... but i wont invest in it either, because the motion sensor, and the "be in the game" wore off a long time ago.

I have yet to get excited for motion detection games.
Prove to me that it can work as a viable platform for a wide variety of games and not the same gimmicky family oriented crap and I'll sign on. Until then, count me out.

half of you guys are frickin stupid. i have both consoles, neither is better. they are almost the same thing, just different games. anyone who says a console is better than the other is stupid. ESPN3 on xbox will be pretty sweet for world cup and college football

PS3 is my main gaming platform. No batteries for the controller, and free online. Free online play is another.
Xbox360 used to be my gaming platform. I pretty much only use it for the Media Center connection. Download from ninjavideo. . .watch on TV. Was a lifesaver when me and the wife decided to start watching Dexter and Supernatural.
Wii. . .mainly for the kids. Wife uses Wii Fit. I like playing tennis, golf, and baseball games on the Wii. . .competitively with friends. Wii is the greatest party game platform ever.

They announced a platinum membership today that will be $49.99 a year for PSN. I would put money on it all being pay for play sooner than later.

I still think the plusses outweigh the minuses, with regards to PS3 and 360. I ranted against PS3 for a loooong time. Then I bought the PS3. Felt like Squidward eating his first Krabby Patty.
I rate them on their merits. Both are excellent systems.
