7th, this is what to do:
1.) Buy from Amazon. No tax, free shipping.
2.) At 32", 720 vs 1080 P is negligible as is Hz.
3.) Vizio is shite.

if you plan on watching blu-ray / high def video in addition to gaming, recommend the 1080p. if not, 720 is fine. 60hz is also fine for console games IMO.
wal-marks has several options for 32", 1080p, 60hz televisions in your price range. for a $350 invenstment, vizio isn't a bad option. usually the stores have cheaper options that aren't listed on their website as well.

Ended up going witha 24inch LED by insigma(sp?) 1080p, 60hz refresh(small so i'm hoping its not a huge factor) for 239 at Best Buy
