Can I play Nintendo games now?
Posted on 8/7/13 at 9:27 am to finchmeister08
yes but you are probably better off (from a total $ spent stand point) to just buy a card with a good cooler from the start.

Alright....why does my gaming mouse work on my work computer? It doesn't work on my Mac or my PC

Probably a better idea to get a card like that if you plan on putting a block on it?

yeah if you are going to block it no matter what then who cares what shitty cooler it comes with. just make sure the negative reviews are cooler related and not related to actual flaws in the manufacturing process.

That's a good question. I would retry it in your laptop and PC again, while angling/wiggling the cord right where it connects to the mouse itself. I've heard of those mice developing weak/loose connections after a while (but it shouldn't be doing that while new). I'd say if you can get every other mouse to work in your PC except for that G500, it's just something screwy about that mouse.

Are you really selling a 7970?
Posted on 8/7/13 at 10:11 am to Mr Gardoki
I would if I could justify buying that 7990 but my monitors are only 1080p and I just spent nearly $2K on a new rework station.

It's a 3 slot card too. Who the frick has room for two of them?
Two of those would make it to where the bottom one would be rubbing on my PSU.

Yeah something is off. I'm using it at work and have been for the past hour or so. No hiccups or anything.

Is the mouse the only issue you are having?
Posted on 8/7/13 at 10:23 am to LewDawg
Did you mess with the drivers on your pc? It may just need to install the drivers.

Yeah it's just my mouse. My keyboard works in all the USB ports. My mouse worked at first, stopped, I tested on my MacBook, it worked, I plugged it back in my PC and it didn't work, then it stopped working on my MacBook. Now it works on my work computer.
I think my PC is vehemently anti Mac.

Haha I think it is just the software for the fancy mouse. Should went $20 kb/m combo.
Posted on 8/7/13 at 10:35 am to LewDawg
I would check the manufacturer website for drivers

FYI, if you would install the software that came with your Logitech Keyboard it will recognize other Logitech devices usually. Especially if they are G series. It will also keep your drivers updated and allow you to easily program the macros on your KB and Mouse.
