Just about every preview put out there trashed the game. A bit more hope picked up because the most recent builds were looking better, but I can't remember reading anything all that positive.
People were likely excited when it was first announced because of the settings and production values. It's a pretty game in a cool setting, it's lived up to that.
(Some example articles: LINK LINK) I'm reserving judgment until I actually play it, but I'm not expecting too much.

Both consoles will have good exclusives. This is y if possible everyone should own both. I will definitely play witcher 3 not sure about bloodborne.

Its funny because a lot of us have both consoles but it still seems to devolve into E3 level bias and side taking.

There is some uncharacteristic rustled jimmies in this thread considering if we were all honest neither console has really put out an impressive selection of next gen titles. But hey, that's just how I read the thread. Interesting POVs from left field dropped along the way

What both consoles have done is affirm to me that I made the right decision going to PC, and when I do get another console, it will be the Wii U.
Not a knock on anyone owning the One or PS4. I hate that the games are so sparse. Really bummed for MCC. I would never buy the One, but that game would have given me reason to think about it if it had delivered.

I watched way too much of that video. Game looks good to me. I will buy, was not going to before watching. Cover and advance play style like Uncharted/Gears but I love 3rd person shooters. Thermite rifle looks fun.
