The developers actually asked people not to get keys from GMG. They are apparently coming from an "unknown source."

I've bought a few keys from GMG and they've all worked, despite the site appearing shady and my credit card company calling me every single time I bought from them.

That explains why they still have them on sale. My GMG days are probably done if this is true.
Given the performance of my stock 970's yoru 980's must be blowing this out of the water? Try any 4K yet?

yes and yes
I'm at the inn at the beginning now. gwent is a legit mini game within the game. just went back to the scholar to play again. he beat me the first time but only because I played all of my cards in the first round, didn't know I couldn't use them in the next rounds. he beat me with two points in round two and one point the third round.
eta I bought all the cards from the inn keep when I first talked to her because it looked like the only important thing she sold even though I didn't know what they were

Just opened the game and started. Once I got to the opening scene when the tutorial starts, I realized I forgot to re-enable SLI after installing today's new drivers (you did install those, right?) So I just closed the game to re-enable SLI.
But with only a single OC'd 980, at 1440p with everything turned up to the absolute max, I was getting 42-45 fps in the opening part. I didn't do much, just stepped outside on the balcony. Looks promising though.

The movies at the beginning only ran at 30-31 fps for me, I assumed it was capped, but it sounds like it might not be. I did enable SLI I wish they would stop doing that with the new drivers.
I killed a griffon after doing a few side quests and found Yennifer, this game can be like an interactive movie at times, so far it hasn't pissed me off and that's saying something. This game is going to be worth every penny and worthy of the hype, four hours played and I don't think I have scratched the surface.

Well, SLI isn't working for me. Massive flickering. Guess my night will be troubleshooting instead of playing.

I've enjoyed it so far. Definite learning curve never playing these games. Still getting use to combat. Looks gorgeous. Very windy

how many ability points should you have when you reach lvl 2?
I'm lvl 2 but only have one ability point spent. used one earlier but I died shortly after assigning it. didn't ever look to see if it needed reassigning after I died but now I've leveled again to get another point and that point from earlier is missing.
also I helped an archer get a locked box from his horse and cart that he lied about. went to chase him to knock him off but I guess maybe I was too slow or it glitched out because he disappeared and it jumped back to the main quest without my prompting. anybody know what happened if I had succeeded in knocking him off his horse?

I'm playing this on hard and it's no joke. All of my movie has gone into buying more food because that's the only way you can get your health back on hard.
