To clarify a bit here

Riot will have the authority to force a sale of any team at any point. (If an owner is failing to pay players or having issues like Renegades or something, force sale, find legit owner that wants in with franchising like Mark Cuban).

Riot is going to start to pay CS players a stipend like they currently do for LCS.

Riot is about to completely change CS, and the #1 change they are wanting to do is force all LCS teams to have a CS team. Not just TL with TLA, or C9 with C9C, but all teams.

So a franchise will be both an LCS team and a CS team.

Yeah, no chance of that, but at the same time it isn't really a big deal anymore because of the status of the owners. The quality of owners is so high that it would never happen, Riot isn't ever going to force or need to force a sale of a team owned by Rick Fox or Mark Cuban, Shaq, etc.

It's pretty poor as is, and what they want to do with CS is keep the franchises and ownership the same, and basically use it to develop talent for the main team on a professional level/atmosphere.

As it stands CS is a complete mess, including owners not paying players, or not qualifying to LCS and just straight dropping the team/players (aka Biofrost finally just now getting paid this week). They are done with the amateur shite.

The ones that aren't a mess and have no worries? TLA, C9C, the franchises with legit owners that would never do that. So give Rick Fox a CS team, Shaq, Cuban, etc, and there would be no worries. At the same time you'd have legit money + a stipend from Riot to get more quality players in CS, and develop young talent in a professional organization with proper pay, coaching, housing, etc. From a gameplay standpoint, they think it would promote a stronger CS league for development. And like TL did this year, they'd essentially all be 10 man rosters, and if say Echo Fox has a new kid in CS just tearing it up, they can call him up to the LCS squad which we've seen a few times now, so the incentive is there for CS players.



Too many pros over cons to not do this at this point IMO, and seemingly every big owner is calling for it. I bet we see it before next season.

Reading on reddit that there are currently changes to Brand on PBE.

His ult is getting an AP ration increase (25% to 35%) and his ult's base damage is up.

Yeesh

They are also buffing Lulu as well.

Protect the Kog may become a thing again.

I'm excited about the Naut changes on 6.16.

If I read it correctly, his ult now stuns people that are in its path after the knock up and the stun on the intended target is half a second longer.

Anytime I see a Vayne, Yasuo or Riven, I facepalm. I've had some good ones on my team, but typically the ones on my team can't play them, and the ones on the enemy team have like a billion ranked games with them

KT Rolster reverse swept SKT this morning in LCK quarterfinals.

If KTR beats ROX for the Split, SKT will have to win the qualifier to make Worlds.
