Heck if you just swap out G2 with another Europe team they probably don't make it.
I don't think you realize how bad EU is right now. That being said, ROX would beat CLG just like SKT did, and I honestly would be shocked if CLG repeats in NA this split. I really don't see them finishing any better than 3rd.

Loving playing Sivir again.

Can clear a wave with one shot of her ricochet

This game is like heroine. I know it's bad for me and I keep saying I'm gonna quit...but I just can't.

Same. As soon as I start to lose interest, I get hooked on learning a new champ. A few weeks ago it was Ekko, last week it was Maokai, now it's Rengar. Having a blast watching people just blow up. He was pretty tough to get the hang of, though. But once you get his rotation down and know when to use what in certain situations, holy shite.

Playing against a Rengar as an ADC, you cannot do any late farming or side lane pushing without having someone else with you, and even then it's risky.

His burst is absolutely insane.

His advantage is completely eliminated when teams group up though. Which makes him perfect for solo queue

Exactly

My only ranked game I played with him, I just feasted on the people trying to farm side lanes later in the game. Ended up 11/2/5 in a 23 minute stomp. Do your thing during laning phase, then eat the tilted people late game.

I play a good bit of AP rengar on my other account. Then it doesn't matter if they group. The new dash ap item is op on him too.

Eh been there done that. If it's anything like last year, getting out of all of the noobs that were thrown into low silver right after level 30 is the uphill battle. But this year's a clusterfrick so who the hell even knows anymore.

Just got demoted.

Win a game with a polite team that groups and plays well together.

Next 2-3 games are full of salty players, that tilt in the first 5 minutes and proceed to die 15 times.

I don't even think it's a skill issue. People die once, simply give up and start raging.

On a side note, laned against the new Taric for the first time (I think). Can someone tell me why Riot thought it was a good idea for him to have:

1) Defensive Aura
2) Active shield
3) Heal
4) Stun
5) Ability that makes nearby allies invulnerable

I'm gonna give Cassiopeia a try tonight.

I've never played her. Any tips? (besides "don't").

ETA: Just read the patch notes. She is getting buffed

Just had a teammate tell me to stop split pushing and group for team fights instead.

I was playing Tryn.

I give up on expecting anything from this game's community. I keep trying to be positive, but it's just a shite show at this point.

Tear - Rylais is mandatory
She plays really different than she used to pre-rework. Pre-rework you hit 4-5 q's lvl 1 then all in with twin fang/ignite lvl 2-3. Now her mana costs are way to high to poke with q. I would sit on tear and last hit as much as possible with e until you get rylais and hit your first power spike. When you get rylais + ult the enemy should never touch you if they are melee. She is strong vs most traditional mages (Minus Azir) and weak vs most assassins (Minus Talon).

I've seen a lot of people go tear into Abyssal first, then Ryalis. Only played one game with her and forgot to buy the tear first. I'll have to experiment some more.

The damage on her "E" if the target is poisoned is insane. I will have to try ignite as I typically prefer defensive summoner spells on mid laners like barrier (or teleport if the champion synergizes with it well enough).

Love everything about her "E". The mana refund, the CD. I'm going to start playing mid a lot more and see if I can get half way decent with her.

What types of team comps, in your opinion, does she fit in well with?

She has good AOE, poke, and disengage, so any comp built around TF or poking. Cass used to be a pick into any situation champ because her lane was so strong and she had almost all skill matchups, but her lane is way weaker than before, so just don't pick her into leblanc or zed.

Makes sense. She is extremely immobile.

I'll be interested to see the combinations of summoner spells with the upcoming changes to Ghost.

From what I've seen, even some EU fans can't get into the EULCS. There are a lot of EU fans of NA teams.
