Brand with Rylai's is hella good this patch. Incarnati0n played Brand Mid a lot over in Korea.
Morellos, rylais, sorc boots is the core. then either dcap, void, ludens, zhonyas, liandries depending on the game.
ever since they fixed his Pyroclasm to bounce correctly, he turned into a beast.

TSM fricking sucks. Roster changes are definitely needed. Dyrus is washed up. I defended him for years because he always got focused so heavily, but after seeing what an actually good top laner does when he gets focused the same way Dyrus does, I'm glad he's retiring. Santorin needs to go, too. Way too passive. The dude was on the #1 jungler in this patch and he did absolutely nothing. Communication is shite. 2 whole years together outside of Santorin at this point and they still can't even decide if they want to do baron or turn off of it. Pathetic.

I agree with the desk. Didn't like the Vayne pick at all. With how Turtle has constantly underperformed this split, I don't like him on such a balls-deep champ. It didn't make sense with the comp and they had very little reliable peel for him. TSM has had great success with him on Sivir. They tried to get way too cute with picks.
