The cleaver changes might bring Zed back. That MS passive is awesome for him. Plus you get 200 more HP, way more armor shred, and 10% more cdr at the cost of only 10 damage. That on top of the small Botrk buff might make him useful again.

I expect Ashe to get toned down a time or two on PBE before launch, she's going to stronk as frick as it stands right now. Platy did a great break down of her new kit.

Jinx is strong but you get fricked really hard in this meta by all the Tank CC tops/jungles

Everyone thought Bard was going to be super OP, too. I'll wait to see how it correlates to the rift before I say anything. It seems improved, but I still think there are better options.

Im still unsure about bard. I think he might be one of the harder champions in the game. The mindgame potential is strong setting up baits with the Magical Journey

the singed skin is pretty cool
twitch and rengar are bad.
talon is sweet, thresh is ok.
that lux skin is nice.
big nocturne buff...
Unspeakable Horror dmg 80/125/170/215/260 from 50/100/150/200/250
+30 dmg on lvl 1.. nice
I think this Black Cleaver change will make toplane melee carries more prevalent. Tanks stay in jungle.
Hell with how hard it is to be a marksman nowadays due to tanks and CC, maybe the new meta should be tank top&jungle and Black Cleaver Bruiser/support botlane
