congrats. i got demoted back to gold 5. too many trolls.

that game is mentally taxing. so many dumb and bad players its infuriating.

I'm on a mini streak. Silver 1 is a few wins away.

The first few games after you are promoted are the most miserable in LoL. It is so easy to lose what you worked so hard for.

It all seems so very simple, but the longer I play this game, the more I realize exactly how important farm is. Sounds dumb, but these last few weeks, in any game where the enemy laners jump out to an early lead in kills, they start trash talking about how "it's gg" and "game over".

Sure enough at 30 minutes I'm sitting at 230 farm as an adc and they are at half that. I proceed to wreck face with the rest of my team.

Mechanics are extremely important, but I'm starting to learn that knowledge of the game itself is just as (if not more) important). That and understanding that falling behind early doesn't necessarily mean the end of the world.

Been preaching this forever. Think about it, if you're 70 farm up, you're a whole item up regardless of if you have any kills at all. 15-20 farm ahead is a whole kill. That's why I'm so adamant about pushing waves all the way to tower to deny farm if a jungler is going to tax my lane. If a jungler comes to your lane, takes your wave, but doesn't shove it all the way to tower, he basically just froze the lane for the enemy and gave them a whole wave advantage over whatever lane he taxed. On top of that, if you're playing against someone who knows what they're doing, they'll just freeze the lane there, making you vulnerable to ganks because you have to extend past river to even attempt to farm. Wave positioning, minion counting, knowing which of you is going to level up first, etc. All very minor details, but if you keep up with all of that while in game, it gives you a MASSIVE advantage.
