I absolutely love his kit, especially with the Essence Reaver changes.
Just blows when you need that extra bit of umph in a fight from your ult, but can't get it.
Although I supposed Lucian's ult wasn't exactly a consistent game changer to begin with.

I use Lucian's ult strictly as a finisher. His skill rotation and auto attacks are a much higher DPS output than his ult when they are in range. I use ult when I want to clear a wave or I'll use W into ult if they are low, out of range of Q/auto attacks, and trying to get away.

I typically used ult as a finisher as well, or right before an inevitable team fight broke out under a tower with a pushing wave.
It just seems so incredibly week compared to his old one.
But you're right, his basic abilities combined with his passive are pretty hefty.
I think I'll just stick to Nasus for now. Even if you get shut out during laning phase or even give up a kill, you can come back so easily.

NANAS EVERYWHERE!
If we don't absolutely shite all over NA I'm going to be pissed. I now have insanely high expectations for this team.
ETA: Ok so it's not 100% confirmed, but it's down to either Yellowstar or Picaboo from SKT/KT. Either way they're getting a top-tier world-class support. Right now the rumor is China outbid TSM for Picaboo so TSM signed Yellowstar.

I wonder what he means by reset game? It auto puts the team back together and finds a replacement for the AFK and then starts the picks and bans? My guess.

Nah I'm just a guy that has been lurking this thread for a while haha. I play with 2 other friends and we've been looking for more decent players to play with. I just hit gold this year in my first season of playing ranked
