Played a blind pick with 2 jihns. Ours went 2/6/5. Theirs was 1/3/6.
I played a custom game with him. He seems pretty strong and will probably be nerfed some, but how riot does so I have no idea.

I'm pretty sure I saw that his invisible traps do 800 magic damage at max level even as full AD
He's entirely immobile so the moment he ults, he is a sitting duck. Talon leblanc zed or rengar would legit 1 shot him and get out free. So that's how he is balanced to a degree

Played a ranked game with Jhinn mid.... he didn't do shite.
I've also lost 4 in row with wonders such as ADC Thresh, Leblanc top, and an ADC desparate to go on an invade with Leona support.

Most mid lane mages dump on him. Viktor, Cass, Leblanc, Fizz, also Zed and Talon. Really anyone with burst gives him trouble. Not to say he isn't strong but he isn't OP.

It was Jhinn v. Brand in my (Bronze) game. Basically Jhinn farmed ok but he couldn't do anything. He gets the ADC power spikes and just couldn't quite keep up in the mid game.

I'm interested to see how counterplay develops. I can just see him getting to do whatever he wants in lane just because of the pure range advantage. But he's definitely a champ that you have to be constantly mindful of your positioning on. He's extremely easy to punish for overextending.

As I said, hot takes from Bronze but unless he has some faster build-up out there he just kinda sucks mid-game.
He doesn't have any mobility and the level 6 range is impressive but immediate impact didn't seem to be there. I think he will be in bot mostly for low elo (well really he will be mid a lot, but SHOULD be bot).

I saw him support once. That was actually really hard to deal with.
