I bought that helm, but haven't used it. The weirdest thing about it is that even if you bought it from Xur, the blueprint isn't in the kiosk.
Just finished HM with the challenge. Got a 320 rocket launcher that I put into my MG. Went from 314 to 316 and also got a red death from an exotic primary engram lol. What a day.

The challenge is only just getting a different person to pick the aura up. Which if you can do it in to tries is super easy. I cleaned the hell up. Got a 320 sniper, 320 artifact, 311 rocket launcher, and 310 MG. That's more than I've ever gotten from a whole raid run

Nightfall is the shitty one this week. I wouldn't waste your time doing it without a full group of 3.

I've done like one nightfall in 3 weeks. I got sick of strange coins and 305 level ghosts.

Hey, I'll take the strange coins. I've only gotten SC's once, other than that I seem to either get a bullshite ghost shell or a 310 exotic which helps me zero. It's basically just giving me 5 weapon parts and an exotic shard for a reward.

Someone on reddit said the raid challenges are the new nightfall not far off. I did the warpriest challenge and go the 320 artifact, 310 artifact which I don't need, 320 snipers, 310 sniper, and an exotic engram. I was happy with that.

I continue to do them in hopes of my dream 1KYS or Hawksaw. Not so much the Hawksaw with the incoming nerfs, but still.

I'm talking PvP. I have one of each element that are great for PvE, but I'm looking for a pretty specific role for Trials and such. Shortgaze, hidden hand, perfect balance/snap shot/rifled barrel, and last resort/life support.

He used the same technique a lot of people have been using to attempt it. The biggest thing was he learned how to control the vessel. He is probably a 315+ but used different gear that helped him do this.

You get significantly more from the challenges than you ever got from a week's worth of night falls on all 3 characters.
