How do you do MP anyway?

To summon - beckoning bell from dream refuge after cleric beast. Costs 1 point insight to summon.

To help - buy resonating bell from upper bath messenger after getting 10 insight.

You get insight from talking to NPCs, finding bosses and from madman's knowledge drops.

It's random unless you set up a password.

Is invading still there?

First boss down.
Took 2 attempts, but I did die 5-6 times trying to get there.

Yep. I was close the first time, maybe 5% hp left. I forgot to use molotovs on that attempt.

The combat is really awesome so far. I went with the hunter axe. It's a bit slower than the other choices, but I think it's higher on the damage. It can also sweep a pretty large area in its 2 handed form.

I'll try him out first and probably get stomped a few times. I may know what the secret is, if you're referring to an item.

Good tip, I've just been running up to every door to see if I can talk to someone inside.

Now I need to get some echoes so I can buy the kirkhammer.
