Just 2 haha. One has a rifle spear. I kited the one with the electric mace and whipped his arse with axe ChR2. Rifle spear gave me a hard time and I barely beat him
Once you go through them, take a tunnel down past some snipers and executioners and enter big building. Open the big door to next area

ok, gonna ask another question, sorry for so many. but at the top of the stairs i was talking about, should I go through the door? i just don't want to trigger any boss fights before i search the whole area for some reason

I just explored tonight and don't even know if I'm going the right way yet after facing the cleric beast. I'm ok with it. I got to level up and learn the map more.

figuring out where to go is one of the most difficult things about this game for me. I'm not complaining, i like the connectivity of the maps, and there is SO much to find. I feel like i've discovered so much, yet I'm positive I have missed a bunch

My first "souls type" game, and I am getting my arse handed to me continuously. Easily the most difficult video game I have played. Managed, through sacrifice and lessons learned, to unlock shortcuts to cleric beast. Haven't fought him yet, but it's not gonna be pretty. How does co-op work exactly for other people helping you?

i'm honestly not sure how co-op works. i think you summon people and they join your game to help... unfortunately for you, i'm not sure if you have unlocked that ability yet. i believe you have to have a particular item found in the hunter's dream to do it.
keep practicing though, i have only played a couple hours of demon's souls and was never very good at it. I die a lot in BB, but I have beaten three bosses so far and feel like I am doing pretty well. the game is tough, but it's not unfair

so I got to the cathedral ward lantern a little while ago. found a top hat and some other clothing on a corpse in one of the graveyards. but after I looted the corpse I was lifted in the air, told me I was in a frenzy, then what looked like a blackhole appeared causing me to dissapear, before I reappeared on the ground.
I went near the corpse I looted the gear off again, because WTF just happened, and it happened again except I died when I reappeared this time.......

It took me almost 20 times to beat the cleric beast. Just stick with it because it was worth it.

it's really hard to describe, but its in the little courtyard area with a fountain in the middle with dudes with lamps walking around... haha i know that sounds like 1000 other places, but that's it

Big word of advice to anyone who hasn't beat the BS Beast yet, use your bell before you go in and you can summon another hunter who helps you. It's so much easier when the beast can't focus on just you
Used the chalice to find the Labyrinth dungeon and I've already died 5 times and I've explored the first two rooms

Easiest for me was Cleric Beast, then BS Beast.

wasn't that hard. wrecked me the first time then i took it slow the second time and beat it. fight it a lot like the cleric beast
