Already opened up way for Vicar.
I keep having a Death Dealer who respawns near the Cathedral lantern who drops nice stuff.

BS Beast is next on my list. I haven't seen Vicar anywhere yet. I did run into two other hunters though. I've been funneling upgrades into health, stamina, and strength. Still feel like I have another few rounds of upgrades before I can take him down though.
I'm guessing after beating cleric beast and the priest you're done with that first main area? I brought the red jewel back to the little girl..didn't get anything.
I think the only thing left is to find a hiding spot for the other person you could talk to.

I just decided to be brave and risk getting the Tonitrus weapon from that jail area. Almost made it back without dying. Got to the lamp and got killed.

Amelia destroyed me in my first fight.

I can't seem to be able to get to the first boss

I've got Ludwig's sword up to +5.
Death Dealers are great grind material. Drop either 2 blood shards or 1 twin blood shard.
Also, unlike DS, mobs continue to respawn no matter how often you kill them.

Yeah, I farmed those assholes for a whole to get it to +6. Since Ludwig's scales with Arcane, I'm going to see if it out-damages pure physical. Then heading to Hemwick.

If you want to feel powerful, go back and play eaier sections of the game. You'll absolutely wreck shite.

The little girl just cried and that was it. Wish I would have used it on a weapon.

You might get something out of it later. Did you talk to her again or did she just cry? I always make sure to talk to NPCs until they start repeating themselves.
I have two people who went to Oedon Chapel for safe haven. Not sure what'll happen with that.
