I have it downloading now. Dammit i want whoop some arse tonight, but i cant. Gotta work tomorrow.

Been playing all day. The new game mode, Frontlines, is awesome. Operations was a pain in the arse
In case any of you are having slow download speeds (like kB speeds or only 2-3 mb speeds), I had the same when trying to update earlier. Went from that to 35-50mbps by changing my routers channel (it was set to automatic so I just picked a random channel and it worked).

I'm hanging somewhere between 2-5 mb/s. I switched over to watch basketball on the cable box earlier and when I came back I went from 65 mbs to 400 kbs in less than 2 seconds
this can't be problems with our internet. I've had a solid connection for over 7 months in the current setup
the worst part is we can't even say frick it and let it finish overnight and play instead

mine just jumped from like 80 to completion. about to jump into The Marne operation. front lines sounds awesome. I have a huge boner right now

Got to play for a bit last night before I had to hit the bed for work this morning. I've only checked out the Verdun Heights map of the Devil's Anvil Operation so far, but I'm very impressed. The way it transitions from the opening fight at the village to pretty much hell on earth as the Germans advance up the heights is impressively grim. And I know everyone gets tired of the unskippable opening narrations, but the one for the French on that map is haunting.

Yeah I played for like an hour. Really like the new operation you talked about although every game was really lobsided. First attempt I joined on batallion 3 and they were still ok the first sector, second we cleared the first map but got stopped really quick on map 2. Third we literally won the whole operation in 10 mins.
Really like those maps though and it's nice having more choices. In my time I got the new medic gun but could only use it for like 5 mins before I had to log off. And the fort map is a little too close quarters I think for it to shine but it seems like something I'll enjoy.
Trench hunter guy is awesome.
I'll try to check out more tonight. Hear great things about the new game mode

We had one round that went over 90 minutes...and then the next round was over in 4:41.

I think the Ops with all the vehicles is too slow with 40 people. I gotta try 64 person tonight.
Between 6 vehicles and the 5 person behemoth everyone wants to try you have like 8 people on the ground trying to get 2 points 150m apart.
What do y'all think of the new weapons. Only had time to play with the medic one and it has a learning curve. I was getting owned in close quarters.

Operations is my favorite game mode by far, but why in the world isn't Operations included in the Server Browser? And why do you have to quit back to the main menu after every Operation instead of being on a playlist like every other game mode?

I have finally been able to spend some time with the new DLC last night and today. I am still really impressed. Fort de Vaux is up there with Argonne Forest as the best maps currently in the game. Verdun Heights looks amazing but doesn't play quite as well, although that final charge up the hill to take the final objective as the Germans is appropriately harrowing. The two Marne maps are good too. I hope the DLCs yet to come live up to this high standard.

Loving the new stuff although I have played 4 Operations games on Devils Anvil and the attacking team hasn't gotten past the last sector of the first part. It's tucked away in a corner so it's very difficult to get B

Yeah, that last objective on the Heights is a bear. I think I've been on a winning German team on that map twice, but I've yet to win the entire Operation as the Germans. It's a tough nut to crack for sure.
I've had trouble finding a full game for the other new Operation, Beyond the Marne. Anyone else experienced the same?
