I just find them pretty pointless. Didn't know if the market had changed or not for them.

I've been pretty adamant on here that you couldn't make a main series Pokemon game on the home console, but you can do it with this system.

Really this just seems like a big middle finger to Sony and Microsoft saying "Try ripping us off now, bitch!"

This SEEMS to be the goal, which puts me all in on this.

Not only that, imagine playing Mobile/Indie Games, Nintendo Handheld, and Console Games all on One Console???

That's incredible. A little Pokemon (not my bag, I'd rather play a handheld RPG). A Little Terraria. A little Breath of the Wild.

That's their sell. All at home OR on the go. One account managing a batch of games you can play from anywhere?

If they upgrade myNintendo for things like Saved Games...take some notes from Xbox Live...that's just huge.

If this is the case with everything under one system this thing will sell out everywhere.

How are tablets doing? Are they still selling well? People still use them much? I find no use for them at all.

It's probably the second most used media consumption device behind cell phones, and both of those are far away from the third most, which is likely laptops

If it doesn't have big league third party support, it will die just as quickly as the Wii U.

Always the case, and it was the death of the WiiU.

I think the focus on a generally normal controller was nice to see. No one has to be afraid of different inputs.

I see tablets being used for field work. And chick-fil-a uses them in the drive through. I don't see people gaming on them like I use to.

The controller helps. The wii u was apparently a disaster from a technical standpoint too, not just power. It's one of those things I would never understand not being a developer but apparently it was just a mess to work with. Hopefully they help that.

I've seen a lot of that. I just don't know what people use in the hope these days. Mine always collected dust because I just use my phone.

I am very impressed by it and if this system can allow us to play Pokémon or any of the other 3DS games on there and still have the ability to do Netflix and other apps as well. Then I think this will overtake both Sony and Microsoft. I will definite get one for myself (GameCube was my last Nintendo console)

I'm seeing a lot of this with people saying they have not purchased a Nintendo Console in 10 years but are thinking about getting this.

Good sign for sure.
