Next COD info leaked: Ghosts *Confirmed Release 11-5-13*

British retailer Tesco might have just accidentally outed the next Call of Duty game subtitled.
That's according to a product listing on Tesco Direct (the retailer's online presence). This would tally with recent reports that the next instalment in the hugely-successful franchise would be subtitled 'Ghosts', which came from YouTube user Drift0r.
The listing also features credible box art bearing the Infinity Ward logo. The Infinity Ward studio previously worked on the tremendously popular 'Modern Warfare' entries in the long-running franchise. This would make sense since last year's Black Ops II was made by Treyarch. Has the Modern Warfare title been dropped following the high-profile departure and out-of-court settlement with Jason West and Vince Zampella.
The page also has a release date of December 31st – if correct, this would be unusual for the shooter which typically launches in early November. We expect it's just a placeholder.
Feeding the sheep....
Main points from the video (speculation at this point):
-Reveal should be on May 1st.
-Game set in the future but with modern weapons...
-Spec Ops will be gone.
-Probably next gen.
-When prone, you'll have a Day Z style roll over option instead of having to pop up and move again.

According to the video I linked, the reveal will be coming on May 1st. And probably breaking away from the Modern Warfare series. Apparently, it's a game in the future with modern weapons

I honestly don't think it's a bad game, just the same game over and over. Like I said, makes sense financially.

Ha...in that video it said they want destructible environments in multi player like in BF3 but are having a hard time getting it right.

This just might be me, but I don't think "destructible environment" would work in a fast-paced game like COD. The map would fall apart 2 minutes in to the game. It would turn in to a game of speed paintball. Hardly any cover to find.
