I've been ready for a madden story mode I'm happy about it. Just hope we can customize the character

From what I read on Operation Sports, there's a possibility that the story ends with you getting drafted and you may not be able to play NFL games

You can't customize the character. You're stuck playing as Devon Wade and it looks like you're stuck playing for that one high school and then Texas in college

It's gonna be a trash mode. They said some of their ideas came from the Uncharted series so it's gonna be 90% movie I bet. I was excited when I saw the trailer, but then when I started reading the details about it I lost interest. But it's EA, what do we really expect from them?

Between this and FIFA's Journey mode, I wonder who told EA that people want to play a movie — because they lied.
I'm sure CCM will have player lock mode or whatever again for an actual player career mode, just like FIFA kept player career.
But wow, they don't get that 2K scaled back the movie stuff from the Spike Lee one to last year's because people just want to play.

The issue with most my career modes is you can't create your own story. I want to be able to have a personality and make my own career path and decisions. I still think Madden 07 had the best career mode for that reason.

I'm in this boat myself. Same with 2k. 2k's quality has slowly gone down the drain as they've shifted more and more resources to MyPlayer/MyTeam

My biggest irk was when I was doing the dumbass frequency vibrations dance after I made a shot while my opponent dribbles down the court and scores.
