How do you do the coaching points for new members? I know that was an issue in the past.

Well we couldn't find a fix for xp so we have just been giving new members 20 xp for HC and 10 for DC and 10 for OC. That's all you can do, I've heard from other dynasties and stuff that there is no fix.

I think I got him banned. I RA'd all the repeat post. I also may have not gotten him banned and got the thread killed, but oh well. If it gets rid of that plug for a little while I'm good (high LH, I know you are reading buddy).

Think it goes together with the head coach points.
When you gave us 10 our coordinators each got 5 each and when we got 20 they each got 10 each. They do level up unlike the head coaches though
