Defense is really tough...they literally do nothing unless you switch to a player and make the deflection/tackle etc.

I've found the same. Running game is not terribly hard to start, but passing game has been damn near impossible. I had to start playing as a safety to be any bit effective. QB's are easily going 12/13 or 13/15 in the first half or 3 quarters. Very frustrating.
I like playing as DE's and DT's, but they are making that almost impossible to do to be successful.

adjust your sliders to make the game WAYYY BETTER and the most realistic play you will ever get out of an ncaa game. operation sports guys have several sliders out there.. check it out, it totally changes the play of the game for the better. Everything much more realistic from the play calling, to the execution

This thread really grinds my gears because OP still hasn't realized he's missing an A in the title. My e-webz OCD is going crazy right now.

I haven't played NCAA since the '10 title, but would like to know if they brought back situational subs. I like to use different RB's but it was a pain having to go through and adjust the depth chart every time I wanted to bring in a different back for a play. I also liked being able to switch the receivers on a certain play. They allowed that in I think '08, but not '10.

They had it in 12&13 but I haven't seen it in this one. Just in game.

Yea, if it doesn't have it I will not be happy. Auburn's D should be 4-2-5, but it is 4-3. Not terrible to change, but updating the roster to fit it will be a pain.

I don't know about online, but in Dynasty you could go to Strategy > Formation Subs, and then edit from there.

That's been in like the last 3 games. All you had to do was use the right joystick to toggle between backup rb, backup qb, power backfield, fb rb, wr rb, slot switch, all that. Can't speak for 14.
