I've been playing the early release since Friday. I like all the improvements. Love the new recruiting, so easy and far less time consuming. I started my coach at level 20 and put the progression on very fast. Will say this, if you master the hurry up read option offense you will be very tough to beat

So after playing a dynasty game on all-american and starting my coach from level 1 I have to say all-american is a JOKE! I just beat TCU 42-10 and my coach is now level 3. That's a bit of a fast progression after 1 game especially barring the fact that most people could pull of numbers like that every game. These are a few of the things that you're given XP for:
win the game(100),score a td(25), win a neutral site game(75), force turnover(25), and then the usual rush for X amount of yards or hold your opponent under X amount which average 50 XP each.
Also tons of XP is given for things like: players being drafted in certain rounds, breaking NCAA records, recruiting, and team wins.

-I'm not sure how you allocate XP to coordinators.
