MW2 360 Hack

I really can't beleive this is possible, so I hope someone here can shed some light on this. if not, at least this will serve as a warning.

Friday night I decided to play some Ground War. I joined a server, and everything seemed normal until the game started and everyone was going super-fast around the map (like 10x speed). I tried to back out, it wouldn't let me hit start. I tried to hit the XBox button, but it wouldn't let me do that either.

Next thing i know there's random messages popping up saying shite like "Gamers suck" and "Click up on the d-pad to get a life." It also listed a website that was something like "nogames.com" I was pretty annoyed, but before I could get up and manually turn off my 360, the game ended and I got some screwed up error message (apparently generated by whoever hacked the game).

Here's the scary part: it erased and/or changed a lot of things on my MW2 profile.

Here's a list of what it erased/screwed up

1. It erased all of my stats. Now I've got -4520000 kills and 4520000 deaths, obviously with a kill ratio of 0.0.

2. It erased every weapon upgrade I have. All weapons that I had already unlocked are still there, just no red dot sight, ACOG, etc.

3. It erased all challenge progress I had accumulated during this prestige. All of a sudden I'm level 2nd Prestige Level 60 getting 500 points for 5 crouch shots.

4. It erased some titles (seems to have randomly erased about 30% of them)

5. It changed all my class names to "fig"


Has anyone ever heard of this? Like I said, I really didn't think anything like this was possible.
