Most time spent playing one game?

Mine has to be GTA V.
Bought it at release for 360, then again for PS4 and have consistently played it since (mostly multiplayer). Rockstar is constantly updating its online with new modes keeps things fresh. I'm not a big racing fan, but even their races are a blast.
What game have you spent the most time playing over the years? (One single game, not a franchise)

All MMO's, all far north of the 300 hour mark most likely.
I could also say Team Fortress, CS, L4D, Enemy Territory, etc.....again, not sure if those count as online focused games.
So if I go down to either single player, or non-Online focused games:
Final Fantasy 6 (I did 4 full playthroughs all more than 75 hours a pop probably)
NCAA 2001 - Like so many dynasties, I can't count them.

Baldur's Gate II: Shadow of Amn & the expansion Throne of Bhaal. Probably played through that game 100 times or more. Still fire it up about once a year or so just to play a different character and use different companions (or solo).

I've got 3,285 hours logged on Destiny.
