MLB the Show 17 TD Online League

League Info
1. The league will consist of 12 user teams (2 per division).
2. Season length is 29 games.
3. Hitting on veteran/Pitching on all-star (this is subject to change. We will test out these setting, which were voted on by the league for a short period of time).
4. Each user should play an average of 5 games a week (this will make the regular season no longer than 6 weeks). We understand life may get in the way sometimes, so if you will not be able to play your 5 games one week just let us know. It is an open schedule, so you can play 10 games one week, and zero the next. Let's just try to keep the average at 5 per week so we can move along.
5. You are required to get group me to be in the league.
Group Me has been created and will be required for all members, as a means of communication and scheduling games, discussing rules, etc. When making a name please use your PSN or TD name with the name of your Show team in ( ) so you can easily be found and identified. Let me know your Group Me name, or e mail address associated with it so I can add you into the group, or click link below.

6. All trades are set to be approved by commish. When a trade is made post and tag me in the group me. If the trade seems questionable it will be put to a league vote.

If you are interested post your team of choice and PSN. Remember only 3 teams per division, so once we get a division filled with 3 teams nobody else will be available to take in that division. So keep that in mind. First come first serve.
Want a minimum of 12 teams, with a max of 18. Then we will start a waiting list because I'm sure it will take us a few tries to get our group of solid users locked in.

I have been watching some streams and it appears they have a least tried to put a stop to some of the cheese in online play. They have made bunting harder and they added a throw meter to the catcher for stealing bases.

i was in a league last year and it was fine for the most part
and i vote that we wait until we can get minor league rosters so people can have their prospects..i know i want Rosario for the future

I'm thinking maybe we should go with 12 members, instead of 18. In my experience we will probably pick up 6-8 solid members the first go round then work to fill in the final spots with solid members. Always have some that flake out.
Also, I would like to wait for a decent set of minors rosters also. Makes it more fun.

These rules aren't set in stone, but just a general of idea of how it will work.

Would you all be cool with using an app, probably GroupMe, as a way to communicate and schedule user vs user games? We are going to have to use more than just this thread.
