No idea how it is on 360, but it's glorious on Xbox One. Talking shite between friends at the house is amplified by being able to say, "Xbox record that" after scoring a TD.

Can anyone throw deep on this game? It doesn't seem to matter how many steps my guys will have on the DBs if I throw a deep streak it gets picked off EVERY time

I had trouble completing deep balls in year 1 of my CFM with Luck...year 2 I traded for Calvin Johnson and now it's a lot better. 
Use the presnap matchup wheel. If you guy has - in a lot of stats vs the man covering him, it'll be hard to get open period, especially deep.

I'm able to throw deep with Brees going to Graham, cooks, and meachum using a play action pass from shotgun spread formation

Well my QB was Locker and he's hurt so now it's Mettenbuger so that might have a little bit to do with it

I had the Cards in mine. Palmer went down game 2. Backup game 5. Third String game 5 also. Logan Thomas was my QB for the rest of season.
Ended up getting Andy Dalton in FA, but traded him away once I got my QB in the draft.

I completed a deep ball to Colston for a TD last night against cover 1. I don't try nearly as often after playing 15 for a few days.

I ran a draw play on 3rd and 16 last night from my own 20. That's a testament to how well the game has captured the realistic difficulty of completing a long pass. I've never done that in a football video game before.
When you compare Madden 15's deep ball completion percentage to the actual NFL, I'd say they've done a solid job.

Also, I didn't see this mentioned in the last couple of pages, but allegedly the stat progression issue is fixed if you start a new online connected career, but not an offline connected career (offline will be addressed down the road with a patch). I've seen several QBs between 20-30 touchdown passes with only a handful of quarterbacks with 30+. Seems fairly accurate now. No more winning the MVP with 4000 yards and 25 touchdowns.

That backs up what I thought about Kap. His deep throws always seem to be on target so much more often than the short passes.

Not sure if asked already, but does madden require you to have Xbox live for updates and bs?

Assuming it's the same as years past, you'll have to have an internet connection but you won't actually need to have a subscription to XBox Live.

Anyone noticing the amount of dropped interceptions seems crazy high? I'm playing a game right now, 1st quarter, 5:49 left and i've already seen 4 dropped sure-thing interceptions.
Also, in my offline franchise, I am the 31 ranked offense team. I'm the Atlanta Falcons but just can't seem to get the passing game down. I have adjusted the sliders to some sliders i found on operation sports that had good reviews. Anyone else using custom sliders and having a tough time passing the ball?
EDIT: seem to also suck at running. But, i'm 5-3 in my season losing the past 2 games to Lions and Ravens.
