Turtle beach just released the x32's for $100. They are a dual band headset so you won't get the crackle and pop interference.

If you want a wired set, take a look at Sharkoon.

I've got AX PROs.

Pretty effin legit. Sometimes I wish I had wireless headphones, but I can't complain for the most part. I went back to the standard xbox headset for a day or two for whatever reason and it was like living in the stone age. I could never go back.

Thanks for the responses, everyone. I've narrowed down my selection to these: the Tritton AX720, the Astro A30, or the TB PX21.

Now, the PX21 is considerably cheaper (I also have a Best Buy gift card, so I could use that on the Tritton), but let's pretend price isn't a factor. Which should I go for?

I could, but I'd be able to get one at Best Buy for $80.

Is there a reason why you want to get rid of yours? (other than just wanting some money)

No, it's still a great headset. I would just rather have golf stuff.

also, listening to music through the ax pros is awesome. Especially stuff like dark side of the moon that was released in 5.1.

I have been thinking about stepping up from my 720s to the pro our maybe some Astros. But for the money it is hard to beat the 720.
