Correct.
The only "gameplay" Uncharted series had going was mowing down loads of enemies. Well they took that part out and left you with cut scenes.
Couldn't finish any of them. Extremely boring... I want to play games not watch them.

I would go into the first one with an open mind. It's definitely the most dated, but it's still a fun game to play. If you're struggling to get through it, I wouldn't feel bad if you skip ahead to the 2nd game.

Yeah I'll give it a try. I want to play through it but if it's too bad, I'll just skip to 2. Was downloading it last night and the power messed up bc of the weather. I should be able to get them tonight tho. Can't wait to try them out

One of my main issues with Naughty Dog games. You never get to play them, you're a viewer.

I replayed tlou and tried to get all optional 37 conversations and it says I have 36.. I've read about a ton of others with the same problem. I followed a guide and went back ad nauseam to try and do a few differently to see if it glitched but nope. It kinda pisses me off that stuff like that never gets fixed.

There was an optional conversation that was bugged regarding a Firefly symbol you find at the University.
When you trigger it, let the conversation play out. Then you can immediately go into your records to see if it gave you credit properly. If not, restart encounter and do it again. It should work the second time.I don't know about any of the others. I didn't have any other problems than that one specific scenario.
ETA: You could just do chapter select and trigger the conversation rather than going all the way back through. Of course, that's assuming you've pinpointed which one is bugging out for you.

Yeah, I've tried that particular one multiple times. There are two, one on the east and west side of the entrance and nada. I'm doing a NG+ playthrough but didn't want to worry with it.

I played 4 up until chapter 8 and it's visually striking but incredibly boring and padded with the constant climbing bullshite.

I really love the Uncharted series so far. It's a little annoying that 90% of the gameplay is climbing (it's not realistic at all to real life) but I can overlook it bc of everything else about the game that I enjoy.

I just finished a complete play through of all 4 games. By the time I got through 4 I was definitely ready for it to be over. It's all so very repetitive. Everyone in the game just happens to be a world expert climber, and parkour athlete.

It's for the trophy hunters. You have to get every single one of a particular item to get the trophy. So if it takes someone 15 or so hours to finish a game, it will take 40-50 hours or more to get all the trophys. It's not for everyone. It's certainly not for me.
