Is there a "black market" for clash of clans?

Used to play a lot and quit for another game, marvel contest of champions.
Well I quit that too.
You're not supposed to sell these accounts but I just sold my marvel account for about $700. Most people used a chat app called line and they had a black market chat group that bought and sold accounts.
I wanted to know if there was anything like this for clash of clans so I can see about selling this account too.

Well it's not a th10 but it's a maxed 9 (with about 10% of the walls maxed). I'm just trying to get something for it since I don't use it. Wouldn't even know where to start on pricing.

If your walls aren't maxed then your base isn't maxed. It takes a long time to max walls out, people are going to want those done too. FWIW, I think Reddit may be the place to ask this now, but I sold mine on eBay over a year ago

I've played for more than a year, with probably $200 worth of microtransactions and I'm close to being a maxed TH8.
ETA: The only place that I know may do it is playerauctions. I've seen multiple people sell their Destiny accounts on there so I'd assume you can do CoC.
TBH, selling your CoC account is a huge risk for the buyer. If the seller ever actually wants their account back they pretty much can take it back at will.
