Which one would it be and what changes would you make.

I would buy Take Two Interactive and put my self in charge of 2K. I would spear head the college basketball and college football projects. I would leave everything else alone and encourage creativity in all other areas, but cbb and cfb are my babies.

I would save Bungie from activision, buy back the Halo franchise and just let them go on that and destiny forever.

I would buy Valve and scrap HL3, Portal 3, and L4D3. Kill the speculation.

Game Freak, we would finally get the true console version of Pokemon.

I like the idea, but your company would be underwater in like 3 years from development cost + marketing. Especially given the lukewarm CFB and CBB game markets

I buy Rockstar and don't do anything other than force them to make a Red Dead and Bully sequel.

Or I buy Valve and confirm HL3 and sequels that everyone wants and then just never actually make them. I'd have zero problem trolling the peasants that I used to associate with.

Nintendo - If that counts?

Find a better medium between cost effective hardware and being a place for ports.Improve 3rd party relations. Improve Online system with cross platform buys/profiles. A larger backlog of SNES, N64 and Gamecube games, and Indies. Probably end up buying someone like Capcom too and overhaul their teams as well, and put out forgotten franchises like Darkstalkers or Mega Man.

MMO Pokemon, not because I play Pokemon, but because of Money. And probably an MMO World FTP Animal Crossing. And a proper Metroid.

Take over the whole industry again.

Was on board for the first part.

If there is "something" to scrap, you light a fire under some programmers.

I'd restart Microprose and get back to basics (or, I guess Firaxis).

I like 2k, as well, but for XCom.

Or CAA and fix the newer generations of Total War (although Shogun 2 is legit).

All extra cash from GTA franchise and NBA 2k will go into CFB and CBB. CBB would be easy to make because I would use the exact same engine from NBA 2k. The true cost will come from building an engine for CFB

Damn this is a hard one.

I guess Nintendo and the one big change I would make is how they deal with social media. Their business plan is pretty solid though so I don't know that I would make many changes to them. I would continue to not worry about graphics or third party developers because Nintendo games sell themselves.

frick them . If I can't buy the company outright and make it private again, I will just slowly buy back outstanding shares and make it private again.

I'd buy Ubisoft. First thing, find the guy who thinks re-skinning Assassin's Creed into other IPs (Far Cry and Watchdogs) and make him my personal gimp.

Scrap UPlay. Scrap the AC factory, make one every two or three years. Set an AC game in China like fricking everyone wants. Revamp Watchdogs entirely. Learn from The Witcher 3 what it means to explore (finding random chests and animus fragments is not worthwhile).

Eliminate microtransactions. Replace annual AC games with great, indepth DLCs for our big AC releases to keep our IP fresh.

Seriously, this is a company that makes a ton of money. They have the resources to be a great game developer if they pull the dollar signs out of their eyes.

Gotta be Sega. The amount of IPs they sit on or shite all over is astounding.

Konami would be another one. Metal Gear, Silent Hill, Contra, and Castlevania. I could do God's work with those IPs.

Why stop at Sega? Go ahead and buy capcom and konami while you are at it. They probably have a bundle deal
