Tabletop has been partially responsible for me getting into designer board games, though I feel like it's successful despite Wheaton and not because of him. Having said that, I can separate his idiotic rantings from his other projects. Somewhere along the line in every product you enjoy there is someone involved who you likely disagree with.
I don't need to agree with everyone who entertains me, otherwise I wouldn't watch any films involving the countless actors and directors who hold opinions contrary to my own.

Exactly what is happening here.
Ppl give him shtt who have more weight on a bigger platform. This is a smaller platform where at less a few ppl who actually have a connection to Wil Wheaton due to his table top shows. If his fans start to give him shtt he then might listen, but it needs to come from fans not random internet peeps like myself.
