I got suspended for "hate speech"

In my defense I'll give you a scenario.
You play a game and on the first play, you sack them. Then they quit.
What's the first thing that comes to your mind about that person?

I have been on Xbox live since 2002 and have shouted horrible things into the mic out of anger, humor, and hate and have never received a warning or suspension.

I'm surprised this hasn't happened to me yet. I like to get drunk and just talk shite to people, doesn't matter if I'm winning or losing.
