Has anyone modded their WiiU

Thinking about modding it. I cannot think of the last time I even turned it on. Does anyone have experience modding their WiiU? Any feedback would be appreciated!

Mod in what way? For performance, audio or connectivity upgrades?

Google Wii U mods and you'll get plenty of hits including homebrew, exploits, and the like.
There's also a Wii U emulator. I tried it. Works pretty good although it does crash here and there as they work the kinks out.
