It has to be something that represents all of the best parts of video games. Video games being key. I throw our interactive movies and straight rpgs, even though rpgs are my favorite games. They are interactive stories. Ff vi and crono Trigger are my two favorite games of all time. It may also move video games forward significantly, while being representative of everything that came before. My answers:

Nintendo has a thing for making GOATs. That being said, it's a hard choice for me between a few of the zelda 3D titles and Metroid Prime ESPECIALLY.
MP 1 did so many things right....it's hard to figure out....my homer says Twilight Princess, my political correct side says OOT, but my reasonable and overall logical standpoint side says Metroid Prime.
That game was hard as frick at some places but it was so balanced overall and the soundtrack was AMAZING.
